This role is focused on but not limited to providing content and marketing support for the following events:

  1. World Futsal Cup
  2. World Futsal Championships
  3. Elite96
  4. Top 12 Experience (North America, Oceania, Brazil)

The Creative Lead helps define and drive the design process moving from insights to ideas, threading design and business thinking together to deliver solutions from concept to launch. You will bring a sense of vision, strategy, and a strong and unique point of view and will challenge design boundaries to create work that stands out in a meaningful and impactful way.

Creative Leads work in a very collaborative way among internal teams such and will identify strategic opportunities where design makes a difference, establish design directions that inspire and infuse projects with deeper meaning and authentic stories.

This role is responsible for developing engaging strategy and marketing articles for various  advertising, events, and other marketing materials.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops concepts, writes scripts and directs the creative execution of video and online campaigns and assures seamless production of quality results.
  • Manages budgets and timelines to assure that productions and designs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Meets routinely with manager to review current tasks and assignments. Assists in allocating resources as needed to support marketing operations.
  • Maintains accurate, well-organized, up to date files.
  • Organizes, prioritizes and expedites own work flow and uses independent judgment.
  • Recognizes routine problems and recommends suggestions, ideas and solutions.
  • Plans, develops, and writes compelling, engaging content for web articles, ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Takes responsibility for the timely delivery of assignments, as well as making sure all required approvals have been acquired.
  • Ensures all submitted work is on strategy, on schedule, and up to a high-quality bar.
  • Maintains strong and frequent communication with other departments, especially website developers and designers.
  • May be asked to perform other varied functions.


  • Spanish required, Portuguese a bonus.
  • B.A. or B.S. (or equivalent) in design, film, photography, television, news, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • ¬†Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination or training and relevant work experience.
  • Must be willing to travel regularly for client meetings and other creative services.
  • Proven experience as a digital video storyteller with strong camera and editing skills.
  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite: Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • WordPress proficiency.
  • Demo reel is required.
  • Ability to prioritize and address multiple projects with varying production timelines.
  • Experienced in still photography preferred but not required.
  • Must be a highly-motivated self-starter; able to work well alone and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
  • Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Must have excellent skills in planning and writing marketing content.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and frequent high-peak times.

  • Must be trustworthy with highly confidential materials.
