The Creative Lead helps define and drive the design process moving from insights to ideas, threading design and business thinking together to deliver solutions from concept to launch. You will bring a sense of vision, strategy, and a strong and unique point of view and will challenge design boundaries to create work that stands out in a meaningful and impactful way.

Creative Leads work in a very collaborative way among internal teams such and will identify strategic opportunities where design makes a difference, establish design directions that inspire and infuse projects with deeper meaning and authentic stories.

This role is responsible for developing engaging strategy and marketing articles for various  advertising, events, and other marketing materials.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops concepts, writes scripts and directs the creative execution of video and online campaigns and assures seamless production of quality results.
  • Manages budgets and timelines to assure that productions and designs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Meets routinely with manager to review current tasks and assignments. Assists in allocating resources as needed to support marketing operations.
  • Maintains accurate, well-organized, up to date files.
  • Organizes, prioritizes and expedites own work flow and uses independent judgment.
  • Recognizes routine problems and recommends suggestions, ideas and solutions.
  • Plans, develops, and writes compelling, engaging content for web articles, ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Takes responsibility for the timely delivery of assignments, as well as making sure all required approvals have been acquired.
  • Ensures all submitted work is on strategy, on schedule, and up to a high-quality bar.
  • Maintains strong and frequent communication with other departments, especially website developers and designers.
  • May be asked to perform other varied functions.

Qualifications:

  • Spanish required, Portuguese a bonus.
  • B.A. or B.S. (or equivalent) in design, film, photography, television, news, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  •  Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination or training and relevant work experience.
  • Must be willing to travel regularly for client meetings and other creative services.
  • Proven experience as a digital video storyteller with strong camera and editing skills.
  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite: Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Wordpress proficiency.
  • Demo reel is required.
  • Ability to prioritize and address multiple projects with varying production timelines.
  • Experienced in still photography preferred but not required.
  • Must be a highly-motivated self-starter; able to work well alone and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Description:
This role is responsible for providing administrative oversight of daily billing operations for the following events:
  1. World Futsal Cup
  2. World Futsal Championships

The Billing Coordinator ensures timely billing/collections and revenue maximization, by standardizing charge submission process. In addition, the coordinator helps develop policies and procedures, implements new processes and monitors compliance to established guidelines.

 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Meets routinely with manager to review current tasks and assignments. Assists in allocating resources as needed to support operations.
  • Resolves all complaints and problems using independent judgment and decision making skills to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to billing standards.
  • Receives, compiles, organizes and consolidates data from varied sources.
  • Maintains accurate, well-organized, up to date files for retrieval of needed documentation.
  • Compiles daily data as requested and reports to appropriate parties.
  • Monitor weekly invoice submission volume, weekly charges posted, daily cash, incomplete charges, denials, collection reports, refunds, etc. Develops dashboard to track these indicators and conduct routine meetings with managers to discuss the results of these indicators and redirect staff efforts as needed.
  • Organizes, prioritizes and expedites own work flow and uses independent judgment.
  • Recognizes routine problems and recommends suggestions, ideas and solutions.
  • Meets or exceeds internal standards for accuracy and timeliness in invoice preparation and submission.
  • Helps identify and quantify operational deficiencies that may be adversely impacting billing systems issues, process issues in other areas, and assists in finding solutions to these issues.
  • Provides excellent and timely customer service support.
  • May be asked to perform other varied functions.

 

Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or a related field.
  • Spanish and Portuguese a bonus.

Description:
The Tournament Director manages staff for the World Futsal Championships to ensure exceptional service is provided to coaches, players and spectators.

Reports directly to the President.

This is a hands-on position. The Tournament Director must be a leader and set an example for his team to follow. This position uses independent judgement to produce creative and effective solutions while successfully managing the tournament.

The Tournament Director will be fully responsible for managing a tournament venue, including the oversight of part-time event staff.

The Tournament Director has a passion for futsal and understands the importance of outstanding customer service. He/She is an enthusiastic professional with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and customers.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for managing a tournament venue, including the oversight of part-time event staff.
  • Checking in teams prior to their participation to ensure that they comply with the participation rules for that tournament.
  • Accountable for keeping games on schedule and handling on-site questions & issues.
  • Responsible for pre-event setup as well as post-event breakdown, posting game scores in real time, and an immense understanding of playoff scenarios within divisions and pools.
  • Ensuring the duties of officials are being adequately covered.
  • Communication with coaches, players and fans.
  • Handing out trophies or other awards.
  • Assists in allocating resources as needed to support event.
  • Performs duties as assigned including facilitating operations, responding to problems, and ensuring all aspects of events are implemented and controlled according to plans.
  • Represents UNITED FUTSAL in a liaison capacity.

 

Qualifications:

  • Spanish and Portuguese bonus but not required.

Com Barça dominante e Santos bi, World Futsal Cup VI tem seus grandes campeões

Finais são sempre grandes jogos, e as decisões da World Futsal Cup VI, disputadas neste sábado, não decepcionaram. Tivemos goleadas, jogos apertados, disputa de pênaltis e muitos lances marcantes.

O FC Barcelona, com quatro títulos, foi o grande vencedor da edição, tendo levantado a taça mais disputada nas categorias Alevin, Infantil, Cadete e Juvenil.

No Benjamin, o campeão foi o Santos, que participou da competição pelo segundo ano seguido e conqusitou o bicampeonato.

Benjamin

O Santos não tomou conhecimento do City e já foi para o intervalo vencendo por 7 a 1. O ritmo diminui na segunda etapa, mas os comandados de Felipe Sá ainda marcaram mais três gols e venceram por 10 a 1.

A equipe brasileira teve o MVP da competição (Renan) e os artilheiros (Eduardo e Pedro Henrique) da categoria.
Alevin

Muitas viradas, velocidade e emoção. Assim foi o confronto entre FC Barcelona e Olé Futsal. O time inglês saiu na frente logo cedo, mas tomou o empate e viu a equipe da casa virar para 2 a 1 antes do intervalo.

Na segunda etapa, dois gols do Olé em sequência deixaram o ginásio em extase, mas o Barça não desmoronou e virou de novo, vencendo por 6 a 4.

Infantil

Os primeiros 10 minutos foram equilibrados, mas logo o FC Barcelona tomou conta do jogo e foi para o intervalo vencendo o Rose City por 4 a 0.

Na segunda etapa, o time americano criou belas jogadas e marcou uma vez, mas o dia era dos catalães, que confirmaram a goleada por 7 a 1.

Cadete

O jogo mais emocionante do dia. O Rio de Janeiro jogou fechado por 40 minutos, com uma aplicação impressionante, e dificultou a vida do FC Barcelona, que se viu atras do placar em um lance de bola parada.

O empate dos donos da casa também ocorreu por bola parada, e assim fomos para os pênaltis. Após dois erros de um lado e um de outro, nos alterandos, o Barça venceu por 4 a 3.

Juvenil

Assim como em todo o campeonato, o Futsal City Atlas mostrou seu jogo envolvente com muitos jogadores habilidosos. Com isso, abriram o placar e tiveram bons momentos no jogo.

Contudo, o FC Barcelona foi mais consistente e com grande atuação de seu camisa 10, venceu por 6 a 3, conquistando o tetra da World Futsal Cup VI.

Finals are always amazing games and the decisions of the World Futsal Cup VI, played on this Saturday, didn’t disappoint. We had high scores, tight games, penalty shootout and many good plays.

FC Barcelona, with four titles, was the great winner of this edition, having raised the cup in the categories Alevin, Infantil, Cadete and Juvenil.

In the Benjamin, the champion was Santos, who participated in the competition for the second consecutive year and conquered the trophy again.

Benjamin

Santos did not take notice of City and was already to the halftime winning by 7-1. The pace decreases in the second stage, but the commanders of Felipe Sá still scored three more goals and won by 10-1.

The Brazilian team had the MVP of the competition (Renan) and the goalscorer (Eduardo and Pedro Henrique) of the category.

Alevin

Many turns, speed and excitement. Thus was the duel between FC Barcelona and Olé Futsal. The English team went ahead early but took the equalizer and saw the home team turn 2-1 before the break.

In the second stage, two goals from Olé in sequence left the gym in ecstasy, but Barça did not collapse and turned again, winning by 6-4.

Infantil

The first 10 minutes were balanced but soon FC Barcelona had the control and went into the break winning the Rose City 4-0.

In the second stage, the American team created beautiful plays and scored once, but the day was of the Catalans, who confirmed victory by 7-1.

Cadete

The most exciting game of the day. Rio de Janeiro played closed on defense for 40 minutes with an impressive application, and made life difficult for FC Barcelona, who found themselves behind the scoring in a throw of stopped ball.

The tie of the home team also occurred for a stopped ball, and so we went to the penalties. After two errors of one side and one mistake from another, Barça won by 4-3.

Juvenil

As they do in the entire championship, the Futsal City Atlas has shown its engaging game with many skilled players. With that, they opened the scoring and had good moments in the match.

However, FC Barcelona were more consistent and with great performance of their player with the shirt number 10, won by 6-3, winning the Tetra of the World Futsal Cup VI.

A manhã desta sexta-feira foi de definição para os grandes finalistas da World Futsal Cup VI. Time da casa, o FC Barcelona venceu todas as partidas que disputou e estará em quatro finais neste sábado.

Os times que chegaram a decisão também comprovam o que é essa competição. São cinco países representados nas finais. Espanha, Brasil (Rio Futsal e Santos), Estados Unidos (Rose City e City Futsal), Inglaterra (Olé Futsal) e

Colômbia (Futsal City Atlas).

Benjamin

O Santos rapidamente abriu 2 a 0 e teve o controle do jogo diante do Olé Futsal. A equipe brasileira mostrou mais uma vez sua grande técnica e, com jogadas ensaiadas de bola parada, venceu o time inglês por 5 a 2.

A emoção ficou mesmo para a outra semifinal. Também brasileiro, o Sports & Cia começou bem e abriu dois gols de diferença (3 a 1 e 4 a 2). Contudo, o City Futsal nunca desistiu e conseguiu a virada, vencendo por 5 a 4 e contando com grandes defesas do goleiro no fim.

Alevin

Ambas as semifinais foram bem equilibradas, indo para o intervalo em 1 a 1. Na segunda etapa, o FC Barcelona começou arrasador e abriu vantagem, vencendo por 5 a 2.

Do outro lado, o BNW Boys estava muito fechado na defesa, mas de tanto pressionar o Olé Futsal marcou duas vezes e venceu por 3 a 1.

Infantil

O FC Barcelona não tomou conhecimento do Dina Moscow e venceu por 10 a 0. A grande vantagem foi aberta ainda na primeira etapa, quando o time da casa fez oito gols em sequência.

Com boa posse de bola e muita velocidade, o Rose City bateu o Futsal Dinamo por 4 a 1 e chegou à decisão. O time de Portland controlou o duelo, que ficou em 2 a 0 até os minutos finais.

Cadete

Os japoneses do Badral/RAD começaram bem o jogo e perderam alguns gols claros. Quando o FC Barcelona foi a frente, contudo, teve bom aproveitamento e por isso abriu grande vantagem, vencendo por 9 a 2.

Já os brasileiros do Rio de Janeiro fizeram dois gols em três minutos e com isso tiveram o controle da partida, chegando mais uma fez a decisão após a vitória de 5 a 2.

Juvenil

Talvez a grande surpresas da competição, o Futsal City Atlas mostrou mais uma vez sua habilidade e velocidade. O time colombiano encontrou o difícil Dina Moscow pela frente, mas venceu o time russo por 5 a 3.

Na outra semifinal, os brasileiros do C5 Action fizeram um começo de confronto equilibrado contra o FC Barcelona, mas os espanhois tiveram mais aproveitamento das jogadas ofensivas e venceram por 6 a 3.

Divisão Prata

Pela tarde, tivemos as finais da Divisão Prata. No Alevin, com grandes defesas do goleiro João Paulo, o City Futsal bateu o Blaby Bullets por 4-3, mesmo resultado do emocionante duelo da categoria Benjamin, vencido pelo Carlisle diante do Artos. No Juvenil, os japoneses do Pescadola Machida golearam o Alianza por 8 a 1.

O mesmo Alianza, no Cadete, venceu o Peninsula por 4 a 2 e levou o título para os Estados Unidos. Por fim, a FS5 Academy derrotou o Canet por 5 a 1 e conquistou a taça da categoria Infantil.

The morning of this Friday was of definition for the finalists of the World Futsal Cup VI. The home team FC Barcelona won all their matches and will be in four finals this Saturday.

The teams that came to the decision also prove what this competition is. There are five countries represented in the finals. Spain, Brazil (Rio Futsal and Santos), United States (Rose City and City Futsal), England (Olé Futsal) and Colombia (Futsal City Atlas).

Benjamin

Santos quickly opened 2-0 and had control of the game against Olé Futsal. The Brazilian team showed again their great technique and, with good plays of stopped ball, beat the English team by 5-2.

The emotion was more present in the other semifinal. The Brazilian Sports & Cia started well and opened two difference goals (3-1 and 4-2). However, City Futsal never gave up and got the turn, winning by 5-4 with great saves of his goalkeeper in the final minutes.

Alevin

Both semifinals were balanced, going into the halftime at 1-1. In the second half, FC Barcelona started very well and opened the score, winning by 5 -2.

On the other hand, BNW Boys were very closed in the defense, but after so much pressure Olé Futsal scored twice and won by 3-1.

Infantil

FC Barcelona did not take note of Dina Moscow and won by 11-0. The big advantage was opened in the first half when the home team made eight goals in a row.

With good ball possession and a lot of speed, Rose City beat Futsal Dinamo by 4-1 and went to the decision. The Portland team controlled the duel, which was 2-0 until the final minutes.

Cadete

The Japanese Badral /RAD started the game well and lost some clear goals. When FC Barcelona went ahead, however, it was very effective and therefore opened a big advantage, winning by 9-2.

The Brazilians from Rio de Janeiro scored two goals in three minutes and with that they had the control of the game, coming to another decision after the victory of 5-2.

Juvenil

Perhaps the great surprise of the competition, Futsal City Atlas once again showed the skills and speed. The Colombian team fight against the hard Dina Moscow but beat the Russian team 5-3.

In the other semifinal, the Brazilians of C5 Action made a balanced start against FC Barcelona, but the Spanish took more advantage of the offensive plays and won by 6-3.

Silver Division

In the afternoon, we had the finals of Silver Division. Pescadola Machida, from Japan, was the champion of Juvenil with a great win by 8-1 against Alianza. In the Alevin, City Futsal beat Blaby Bullets by 4-3 with great saves of goalkeeper João Paulo. In the Benjamin, we had an emotional game between Carlisle and Artos, with a winning of the English of Carlisle by 4-3.

Alianza won in the Cadete, beating Peninsula by 4-2. To finish, the FS5 Academy won against Canet by 5-1 in the Infantil category.

Ex-jogador da seleção brasileira cria empresa para ajudar jovens atletas e forma time para torneio na Espanha

É comum que alguns jogadores de futebol e de futsal, ao deixarem a carreira de atleta, iniciarem o trabalho como agentes. No caso de Ciço, porém, esse processo sofreu algumas alterações. O ex-jogador da seleção brasileira, que ainda está em atividade, iniciou há um ano a C5 Action, empresa que busca se diferenciar das demais.

“Pesquisamos antes e vimos que estava faltando empresa mais completa, com nutrição, fisioterapeuta, médico, psicólogo e aulas de inglês. E desde dezembro de 2016 começamos nosso trabalho e é isso que oferecemos aos atletas. Felizmente todos estão contentes com esse início,” disse o jogador.

Para fechar 2017, a C5 Action está na Espanha participando da World Futsal Cup VI, campeonato que reúne alguns dos melhores times do mundo, como Santos, FC Barcelona e Dina Moscow.

“É uma coisa fenomenal, estamos muito contentes de conseguir organizar uma equipe para trazer meninos para um torneio já consolidado internacionalmente. Estou expondo a marca C5 e os meninos mostram no olhar a felicidade de jogar fora do país, então está sendo único estar proporcionando isso para eles. Estamos fechando ano com chave de ouro.”

Sempre combativo com os problemas do futsal, Ciço se mostra otimista quanto ao futuro da modalidade a confiante de que novos gestores irão conseguir fazer com que o esporte evolua.

“Acredito muito nesse esporte, que amo e me deu tudo que tenho. Tenho que acreditar, vai melhorar. Vai mudar de cima para baixo, gestão. O que aprendi fora do país não posso deixar passar. Vou trabalhar para que haja mudanças na forma de se tratar as negociações. Para que haja mudança, as pessoas de cima tem estudar e se capacitar para tal,” finalizou o atleta, que estuda Processos Gerencias e Marketing atualmente.
